Search current listingsThe short version
If you landed here from a link to a specific property, that property is no longer available — it’s sold, been withdrawn, or the page it lived on simply no longer exists. Nothing is wrong on your end. Our old site published a page for every individual listing, and by definition, every one of those pages eventually goes stale. This page replaces all of them with something that doesn’t: a live search and a direct line to an agent.
Search current Ontario listings
The RE/MAX portal is where live listings actually live — residential, commercial, and everything across Ontario, updated continuously as properties come on and off the market. It’s the same source of record agents themselves search from, so nothing you see there is secondhand or delayed.
We don’t republish that data here on a CRESI page, on purpose: any listing count, price, or property detail we hand-copied onto this page would be wrong within days. Searching the portal directly means what you see is always the real, current market — not a snapshot from whenever this page was last written.
What CRESI adds once you’ve found something
A public search tells you what’s for sale. Where CRESI comes in is everything a search result can’t show you:
- Market analysis — what a specific property or neighbourhood is actually worth, and how it compares to what else is moving in the area.

- Why did the listing I clicked disappear?
- Almost every property page on our old site was tied to a specific listing, and listings are temporary by nature — a home or unit sells, a seller withdraws, or a lease term ends. We stopped publishing individual listing pages for exactly that reason: they go stale the moment the deal closes. This page exists so a dead link never becomes a dead end.
- Where do I search live Ontario listings?
- The RE/MAX portal (remax.ca) is the authoritative, constantly updated source for active listings across Ontario — residential, commercial, and everything in between. It's the same data agents work from, so what you see there is real and current.
- What does CRESI add beyond a public listings search?
- A public search shows you what's for sale. We add the parts a search can't: market analysis specific to the property and neighbourhood you're looking at, access to off-market opportunities that never reach a public listing, and hands-on support through negotiation, financing, and closing.
